Ok, sabihin nating hindi mo linya ang magrecruit. Pero bigyan kita ng isang example na pwede mong imarket ang products, business, service mo sa mga friends mo o mga kakilala mo..

Nanood ka ng sine, sobrang ganda nung palabas! As in maganda talaga. Sa umpisa hanggang huli talagang napanganga ka. Ikkwento mo ba sya sa mga friends mo?

EXAMPLE #2:
Facial Wash

May nabili ka at nagamit kang sobrang gandang facial wash, nawala ang mga pimples mo. Sasabihin mo ba sa mga friends mo kung saan mo binili at kung ano effect sayo?

EXAMPLE #3:
Restaurant
Kumain ka sa isang hindi kilalang restaurant. Sakto lang yung presyo pero sobrang sarap ng pagkain! Ikkwento mo ba sa mga kakilala mo?

Siguro sa ngayon nagets mo na yung point ko. Network Marketing is not all about “recruiting people to join the business.” It’s about SHARING THE BENEFIT of your product, service or business that will help them solve their problems. Example, if you are in the health and wellness industry, share to them how the products can help them with their health, if it’s service, tell them how they can save money by using your service, etc..
Kaya pag sinabing “networking” ang inooffer sayo, wag mong hindian agad. Dahil baka magbenefit ka or yung family mo sa product. Pwede naman kasing maging USER ka lang e, sino ba pumipilit sayong magrecruit? Check mo muna yung products at kung magbebenefit ka ba dun, then look deeper into the business if you are already a believer of the product, and start earning from sharing. As in MALAKI ang potential income. Kaya wag mong maliitin ang Network Marketing. Ganun lang sya actually kasimple, marami lang talagang gahaman at mapagsamantala.

Many people will join a new opportunity and get extremely pumped about the product, the compensation plan, bonuses and etc.

They blast out links constantly on their profile until they annoy everyone and then someone tells them they should start a Facebook business page to showcase their products and reach more people.
Fair enough — better to do business on a page anyway right?
So you start your page and ask all of your friends to LIKE it — whom you may have already annoyed posting about the product on your profile — and you start posting about the product, how great it is and etc.

No big deal right? I’d say WRONG! Here’s why…

5 Reasons You Should NOT Start a Facebook Page for Your MLM Business


1) You’ll Leave the Business

shiny-objectNo matter how much you love the product you are pushing the likelihood of you still selling that product 3, 6, 9, 12 months from now is pretty limited.

Most people in MLM companies fizzle out in 2-3 months.
They get bored or discouraged and move on to other things.
If you have created a page around a particular product and get out of that business your page is basically dead now and any work you’ve done on it is pointless.

2) Parent Company Goes Out of Business

What if you built a page around say the product Scentsy (as shown below) and at some point that company goes out of business?

Now you’re left with a Scentsy related page with a few hundred followers that you can’t use.They won’t be interested in hearing about another product you are peddling.And typically Facebook won’t let you change the name after getting a certain amount of fans.
So now the page you’ve worked so hard on to get more Facebook Likes is useless.

3) MLM Company Does Not Allow You to Run a Facebook Page

not-approvedMany MLM companies do not technically allow you to create websites or Facebook pages using the company name.
You could find yourself getting removed as a distributor or worse yet get a cease and desist letter in the mail!
You should dive into your distributor agreement to see if you can even use the company’s name or logo online.
You’ll be shocked to see that most say you cannot do this.
Scentsy technically owns this page now and could probably make a submission to Facebook about a duplicate page and take it over.
If you dive into Facebook’s terms of service you’ll find that if you aren’t an official representative of a company you can’t run a page in the name of the company:
A Page for a brand, entity (place or organization), or public figure may be administered only by an authorized representative of that brand, entity (place or organization) or public figure (an “official Page”).
Unless you are Scentsy you shouldn’t have a page named Scentsy — or any other MLM product.

4) Causes Confusion

mass confusionI bet within 30 seconds I could name at least 30 of my personal friends and family that are selling some other MLM product.
Imagine if they — along with the millions of others selling products — all had a Facebook page about their MLM business!
There would be brand confusion.
Who is officially a rep from Scentsy? Can’t I just buy from any of them since it’s all the same product?
Too many pages about a product diminishes the product to me and causes confusion among consumers.

5) You’re Branding the Company Not YOU!

Cortney Scott submitted her Scentsy page for me to review on a recent post on thePost Planner page and while I think the cover photo looks great I think Cortney is wasting her time with this page.
Minus her name being on the name of the page do you see Cortney branding herself in anyway in the Cover Photo or Profile Picture?
Nope..
She’s branding the Scentsy company.
Great for Scentsy, bad for Cortney.
If another Scentsy rep pops up on Facebook those that have Liked Cortney’s page are likely to go and give that page a LIKE as well.
Now who do they buy from???
And again what happens when Cortney leaves Scentsy or they go out of business?

Dun sila nagkamali. It takes time, effort and consistency to become successful in network marketing.
Akala kasi ng marami ay parang Monggo ang business nila, na kapag itinanim nila kinabukasan o sa makalawa ay tutubo na at pwede na kagad kainin.
Mali yun!
Itong business natin ay parang puno ng Mangga!
Bakit?
Kasi magsisimula ang lahat sa itatanim mong buto. Tapos kaylangan araw-araw mong didiligan yung tinanim mong buto. Paaarawan mo din at kung minsan ay kakausapin mo pa. Medyo maghihintay ka ng matagal.
Minsan babagyuhin pa yung tinanim mo, pero kaylangang wag mong hahayaang tumumba yun. Kaylangan mo yung protektahan.

Kung iilan-ilan pa lang ang downlines mo, Kung di mo pa nakikita yung results na gusto mo, Ibig sabihin kakatanim mo pa lang ng buto. At kaylangan mo din na araw-araw gumawa ng effort para diligan yung tinanim mo, para tuloy tuloy ang paglaki ng negosyo mo.
Minsan babagyuhin din yung negosyo mo dahil may mga challenges na dadating sa’yo pero dapat ‘di ka hihinto at hindi ka susuko. Dahil pag ginawa mo yun tutumba talaga yung tinanim mo at hindi na yun magiging isang malaking puno.
Pero pag dumating yung panahon na lumago na at namunga na ang negosyo mo, alam mo na siguro yung mangyayari. Maghanda ka na ng madaming bagoong kasi mabubusog ka sa kakakain ng mangga.
2nd way to motivate your downlines, turuan mo sila ng mga gagawin nila kung paano sila magkakaron ng resulta. Hindi kaylangang biglaang resulta, kahit paunti unti lang na resulta. Ang importante ay may makikita silang PROGRESS sa business na pinasukan nila. Kasi kapag wala silang nakikitang progress sa business nila, mataas talaga yung chance na huminto sila at mag-quit.

A lot of network marketers try to do this backwards. Business is a bit like dating, you are not going to propose a wedding on your first date right? Because you need to know each other first.

Here’s a quick post and a funny story that I encounter recently.
A network marketer sent me a message on Facebook telling me that he’s into advertising business and that I should come to his office for a job briefing. Then I replied to him that he should create rapport first. Now, the funny thing is he unfriend and even blocked me.
Now what is the moral lesson in this story.
In the network marketing or any sales industry, trust is the key factor why people buy to your products and why new business ventures is executed. Remember the classic NDO (New Distributor Orientation) training, before we setup someone for a business opportunity meeting. We should know our prospects goals, wants, and weakness. This process what they call the FORM (Family, Occupation Recreation, and Message) process.
Because if we know our prospects needs, then we can say to them the right message they wanted to hear. This is a simple saying that you should know who are enemies are. So that you would know when to attack and sneak-in.
The best persuasion that you can do to make a person sign-up on your opportunity is to develop trust and relationship.
